At HopeMill, we are dedicated to bringing hope and assistance to our community. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, we have seen firsthand the impact of these events on families, homes, and livelihoods. We are committed to providing those affected immediate support and long-term recovery. We aim to find meaningful solutions that support and uplift our community, no matter the challenges we face. Through collaboration, donations, and volunteer efforts, we are dedicated to addressing the evolving needs of our community and fostering resilience in every area of life.
The success of our hurricane relief efforts depends on the generosity of supporters like you! Whether through monetary donations or volunteer work, every contribution helps us bring hope and support to communities in crisis. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by natural disasters. Donate to support our hurricane relief efforts.
The devastation caused by Hurricane Helene has left many communities struggling to recover. With your support, HopeMill has been on the ground, offering food, water, shelter, and resources to help displaced families. Our teams are working tirelessly to assess damage, coordinate recovery efforts, and provide the support necessary to help communities rebuild stronger than before. But there is still so much work to be done.
In addition to immediate disaster relief, HopeMill is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through our Resilience Scholarship program. By investing in the education of those impacted by hurricanes and other hardships we can help build a more resilient future. The Resilience Scholarship offers financial support to students who have shown incredible determination in the face of adversity, giving them the opportunity to continue their education and make a positive impact on their communities. Awhile ago, we mourned the loss of Keziah Caton—an extraordinary soul who radiated kindness and dedication. Juggling a full-time role at Hoodsly and pursuing her dreams as a committed student, Keziah left an indelible mark on our hearts.
In the face of tragedy, our Hoodsly family united, emphasizing the importance of love and support. Keziah’s passing prompted us to cherish each day, express love, and prioritize what truly matters.
To honor a legacy of compassion and resilience, we established HopeMill—a nonprofit dedicated to providing assistance to those in need. Through HopeMill, we share uplifting stories of community and perseverance, turning our annual efforts into a testament to the values that inspire us. Our mission is to bring hope and support where it’s needed most, ensuring that our impact continues to grow and make a difference in the lives of others.

Lisa and Howard Ray’s lives were forever changed when floodwaters from the Cane River overwhelmed their home. The couple was swept away as their house was carried over 400 yards by the rushing water. Miraculously, they survived by escaping through the walls of their home, but they lost everything in the process.
